What’s Covered
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers defects in the way your trailer was built, assembled, or finished.
5-Year Limited Axle Warranty
All trailer axles come with a 5-year limited warranty direct from the manufacturer. This protects you against defects in axle materials and manufacturing.
Tire Road Hazard Program
Your trailer’s tires are covered under a road hazard program provided by the tire manufacturer. This program covers eligible tire damage caused by unexpected hazards.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or overloading
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by McCormic Trailers
- Cosmetic issues like scratches, chips, or fading from sun exposure
- Paint finish (Paint cost varies by color and trailer size, and is not part of the standard warranty)
Making a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have an issue covered by your warranty, follow these steps:

- Provide Proof of Purchase – Have your invoice or bill of sale ready.
- Submit Photos – Send clear photos of the problem area for review.
- Review & Next Steps – We’ll confirm if the repair or replacement is covered and guide you through the process.
