By purchasing a trailer from McCormic Trailers, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations for both parties and to protect the integrity of our transactions.

1. Definitions

  • Customer: Any individual or business purchasing or reserving a trailer from McCormic Trailers.
  • Company: McCormic Trailers, based in Ashland, Ohio.
  • Product: Any trailer or related accessory sold by McCormic Trailers, including quick-build models, custom builds, and add-ons.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve quick-build models:
    • $500 for most standard models
    • $1,000 for higher-priced models
  • Custom builds require a deposit, determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Remaining balance is due at pickup.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, cash, or check (checks must clear before pickup).

3. Product Availability & Specifications

  • Lead time for quick-build models is typically 1 week after deposit.
  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
  • Specifications and features may change without notice.
  • Add-ons (e.g., toolboxes, extra D-rings, ramps, lighting kits, aluminum wheels) are available for an additional cost.

4. Warranty

  • All trailers come with a 1-year workmanship warranty, 5-year limited axle warranty, and tire road hazard program through the manufacturer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Quick-Build Models: Deposits are non-refundable. If canceled after build starts, up to 50% of the deposit may be retained.
  • Custom Builds: Cancellations and deposit refunds handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the trailer does not match the agreed specifications at pickup, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

6. Delivery & Pickup

  • Standard pickup is at our location in Ashland, Ohio.
  • Delivery is available for an additional fee. Costs vary by distance and complexity.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their trailer at pickup.

7. Liability

  • McCormic Trailers is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by:
    • Improper use or overloading
    • Lack of maintenance
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Customer assumes full responsibility for safe use and compliance with local laws.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Ohio.
