Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Overview
McCormic Trailers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your trust. This policy outlines refund and return terms for both Quick Build models and Custom builds reserved or purchased through our website or in-person.
2. Quick Build Trailers (In-Stock Models)
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (e.g., $500) secures your reservation of an in-stock trailer.
- Cancellations:
- Before production begins: 50% refundable deposit.
- After production begins: Deposit becomes non-refundable.
- If the trailer is significantly different than expected upon pickup, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
- Final Purchase: Remaining balance is due at pickup. No returns after pickup unless there is a defect or error.
3. Custom, Gooseneck, and Specialized Builds
- Deposits: A larger deposit (e.g., $500 for builds under $10k; $1,000 for builds over $10k) is required to begin customization.
- Refund Policy: All custom build deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Any exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing prior to order placement.
4. Defects, Errors & Limited Exceptions
- Damaged or Incorrect Equipment:
- If the delivered trailer—or components (e.g., add-ons)—are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 3 business days of pickup).
- Provide photos or documentation. We will arrange necessary repairs or replacements at no extra cost.
- No Returns for General Dissatisfaction: Returns or refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction unrelated to defects or misrepresentation.
5. Customer Communication & Pickup Expectations
- Order Updates: Expect contact within one business day of deposit via your preferred method (call, text, or email) to confirm build details and estimated pickup date.
- Pickup Reminder: We may provide reminders prior to the scheduled pickup date.

7. Policy Updates
